As Project & Operations Manager you make sure that speed & dynamism turn into solid structures. You manage projects, plan resources & shape how we work internally. A role for someone who wants to create instead of administer & really gets things running.

Instead of getting lost in rigid structures, you help shape things from the start, take on real responsibility & learn in months what takes years elsewhere – backed by experienced entrepreneurs & the spirit of a team that is just taking off. Your profile:
- Organisational talent: You keep an overview even with many parallel projects & bring structure into complexity.
- Execution strength: You stay with it until things are done – & do not confuse activity with results.
- Structured way of working: You think in processes, dependencies & priorities & work cleanly & traceably.
- Tech & AI competence: You work confidently with project & collaboration tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday or Notion) & use automation (e.g. Make, Zapier or n8n) to streamline workflows.
- AI as a lever: You use the leading LLMs – Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok & Llama – purposefully to make processes & documentation more efficient.
- Data affinity: You enjoy working with KPIs & dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI) & make decisions based on numbers.
- Strong initiative: You spot bottlenecks & improvement potential yourself & tackle them actively.
- Communication skills: You coordinate people & interfaces clearly, kindly & reliably.
Your tasks:
Project & resource management
- Plan, manage & complete projects on schedule
- Plan resources & capacities sensibly & spot bottlenecks early
- Coordinate interfaces between teams, customers & management
Processes & optimisation
- Analyse, standardise & scale operational workflows
- Assure quality & drive continuous improvement
- Streamline recurring tasks through automation & AI
Management, tools & AI
- Build & maintain KPIs & dashboards – for transparency & data-based decisions
- Use & develop project & collaboration tools sensibly
- Use the leading LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Llama) for documentation, analysis & automation
