Your added value:
- Education: degree in computer science or comparable training
- Experience: at least 5 years of full-stack development in complex projects plus first leadership experience
- Technologies: excellent knowledge of Java & JavaScript as well as modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Architectures: comprehensive experience with microservices, API design & databases (relational & NoSQL)
- DevOps: deep know-how in CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) & cloud-native architectures
- Design: outstanding expertise in UI/UX, responsive design & security aspects
- Industry knowledge: ideally experience in the finance, insurance & food service industries as well as in strategic technology consulting
- Languages: very good German (min. C1) & good English (min. B2)
- Soft skills: hands-on mentality, structured way of working, strong communication, team player & leadership qualities
Your tasks as Senior Full-Stack Developer:
- Developing: design & implementation of sophisticated, scalable Java EE & web applications
- Leading & managing: professional & technical leadership in projects as well as in building & developing development teams
- Collaborating: sparring partner for customers & specialist departments on architecture & technology topics
- Analysing & designing: capturing requirements, estimating efforts, shaping architectures & specifications, ensuring quality & security
- Coaching & steering: supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge & accompanying efficient development processes – from planning to maintenance.
Your perspective as Deputy CTO:
- Strategy: helping shape the technical roadmap of the specialist departments & defining standards
- Technology: introducing new digital & AI-based solutions in our Finance, Insurance & Food Service units
- Leadership: developing teams & talents, close collaboration with CTO & executive management
- Impact: building a strong specialist department as a leading figure with innovative strength & foresight
