Your added value:
What you bring – and what we make of it together:
- Education: You have a degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist or comparable practical experience in software development.
- AI agents: You have already designed or built agent systems – e.g. with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), agent frameworks, tool use/function calling, RAG architectures or MCP.
- AI-supported development: You use AI coding tools productively & at the same time know their limits – you can read, understand, review & purposefully extend AI-generated code.
- Code quality: You bring code to production readiness – with code reviews, tests, error handling, security basics, logging & clean documentation.
- Programming: You have a solid command of Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript; APIs, databases & modern web technologies are your daily business.
- Operations: You are familiar with deployment, containers (e.g. Docker), CI/CD & monitoring – or want to develop exactly in that direction.
- Business understanding: You are interested in the processes behind the technology & quickly recognise where AI has the greatest leverage in a company – regardless of the industry.
- Soft skills: You work in a structured & self-reliant way, think in solutions & communicate clearly – also towards customers without a technical background.
- Languages: very good German (min. C1) & good English (min. B2).
Nice-to-have – not a must, but a plus:
- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation & testing of LLM applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Supabase
- Experience with data protection & compliance requirements (GDPR/nFADP) for AI solutions
- Project experience in one or more industries – e.g. finance, insurance, industry, retail, healthcare, logistics or food services
Your tasks:
Development & engineering:
- Developing AI agents: You design & build AI agents as a service for customers from the most diverse industries – from requirements gathering through architecture to the running system.
- Creating & extending AI code: You develop software AI-supported, extend existing codebases & integrate agents into existing system landscapes.
- Reviewing AI code: You systematically review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance & maintainability – and turn quick prototypes into robust solutions.
Production readiness & operations:
- Assuring quality: You establish tests, evaluations & guardrails for AI applications so they work reliably & traceably.
- Deployment & monitoring: You bring solutions into production & ensure they stay there with logging, monitoring & clean handovers.
Customers & team:
- Consulting & accompanying: You support customers from a wide range of industries in identifying meaningful AI use cases & accompany them from idea to go-live.
- Opening up use cases: You transfer proven agent solutions from one industry to the next & make them usable for new customer groups.
- Shaping standards: Together with us, you develop the best practices, templates & tools with which we deliver AI agents repeatably & in high quality.
