As a Business Development Manager you help build our sales from the ground up. You win the first customers, develop partnerships & shape how we grow. A role with real creative freedom for someone who wants results & wants to build something instead of just managing it.

We are building new things from scratch. For this we are looking for someone who does not wait for leads, but opens up markets, builds relationships & helps shape how we grow from the very beginning. Someone who wins the first customers & thereby lays the foundation for everything that follows.
Your profile:
- Hunter mentality: You actively approach people, open up opportunities & close deals – with perseverance & enthusiasm.
- Negotiation skills: You conduct conversations confidently, recognise needs & negotiate deals at eye level.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: You think in revenue, pipeline & long-term customer value – not just in individual appointments.
- Tech & AI competence: You work confidently with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive), use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & modern outreach tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist).
- AI as a lever: You use the leading LLMs – Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok & Llama – for research, personalisation & efficient customer outreach.
- Communication strength: You inspire in conversation as well as in written outreach & appear convincing.
- Personal responsibility: You manage your own pipeline, set priorities & deliver measurable results.
- Languages: very good German (min. C1) & good English (min. B2); every additional language is a plus.
Your tasks:
New customer acquisition & growth
- Actively win new customers – from identification through outreach to closing
- Manage the entire sales funnel: qualify leads, prepare offers, close deals
- Analyse markets & target groups & open up suitable growth opportunities
Partnerships & relationships
- Build strategic partnerships & develop them long-term
- Look after existing customers & recognise potential for further growth
- Appear confident in pitches, presentations & negotiations
Management, tools & AI
- Maintain the CRM cleanly & manage sales data-driven (pipeline, forecast, KPIs)
- Design outreach efficiently – with modern tools & AI-supported personalisation
- Use the leading LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Llama) for research, texts & preparation
